Programming a spot on Phoenix Media’s digital screens takes only a few seconds: selecting the locations, time slots, and audience.
The screens offer the flexibility and freedom to test the impact of video concepts, spots, and messages.
In 2005, we launched what was then a revolutionary product in Romania: the digital screen, as a dynamic tool for promotion and advertising.
From 2005 to the present, we have introduced several market firsts, and we are currently the only OOH company that offers services related to personalized targeting.
The interaction with the target audience is specific and targeted, and as a result, the Phoenix Media digital screen network has grown year after year, exceeding 161 screens in 18 cities by 2025.
In developing the network, we considered 3 essential variables in digital OOH:
- SPEED – how quickly you can program content on the billboards – videos, responsive banners, a dynamic web landing page with a countdown timer, in real-time, etc.
- AUTOMATION – content upload, programming, and reporting are done server-to-server, skipping steps that involve account managers, sales people, emails, and reports.
- CUSTOMIZATION – perhaps the most important variable, which allows an ad (regardless of content type) to be displayed on specific panels at a certain time of day.
This is a Phoenix Media innovation and the digital version of the classic backlit, the most popular format in OOH, 4×3.
These are large formats, between 60 and 90 square meters, flat or curved, located in special, high-traffic locations.
The classic digital screen, a 3.84×2.56 m format that dominates the Phoenix Media network and delivers dynamic messages with a strong visual impact.
SHOWROOM includes the entire Phoenix Media portfolio, with all locations documented with photos, videos, and text, with the possibility to download all offers made from the user account.

eBacklit is Phoenix Media’s digital innovation for the most popular OOH format (4:3). It is smart and eco-friendly, ensuring maximum visibility and strong impact in complex contexts.
This type of support completes the media network with its strategic positioning at traffic lights, both at intersections and along major arteries, with the adaptability to change the layout from static images when traffic is moving to video creatives when traffic is slow.
